The villa offers an impressive swimming pool, perfect for keeping cool! The spacious stone terrace spans the length and sides of the villa and houses a stylish alfresco dining table and brick BBQ. Cook your favourite dish effortlessly and spoil yourself and others with your culinary skills. There’s also a lawned area, adding a splash of colour to this lovely space.
Large doors filling one wall allow plenty of natural light to flood the contemporary, open plan living space and provide easy access to the pool terrace. High ceilings, tiled floors and contemporary artwork add a touch of elegance to the well-designed space. Each room on this level has external doors, making access to the terrace and pool a breeze. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, complete with large walk-in showers. Upstairs you’ll find two bright and generous double bedrooms, both tastefully decorated and complete with a bathroom.
Villa Kardaris is situated next to the beautiful beaches of Tsilivi and Tragaki. Head to the centre of Tsilivi for some quick shopping or a bit further towards Zante town where you can find all kinds of shops and products. If you’re up for a longer mountain drive, the village of Volimes can be reached in 40 minutes and is worth every second of the ride due to the scenic route, the picturesque village and the aromatic local products that are sold, such as herbs.
