On the first floor you will find the first bedroom with one double bed, a wardrobe, a large mirror and a dresser table. Also, on the first floor you will find one common bathroom with a shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor, where there is an attic with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the attic there is, also, one sofa, a wardrobe and large windows which look out to the sea.
Out by the terrace, go for a dip in your private, secluded swimming pool 4×8 or lounge on the sun chairs or Jacuzzi for 6 persons as you soak in the scenery of the Ionian Sea and blue skies. A free-standing barbeque allows you to cook under the sun and enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table under the stars.

This newly built and modern villa is within walking distance from the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 6 minutes away by car. This lively resort has many shops, restaurants, clubs and bars offering a great atmosphere, plus several cafes overlooking the seafront. Pedalo and boat hire are readily available, and you may even be able to catch a glimpse of the endangered Loggerhead Turtles which nest on the beach! You’ll also be in a great position for exploring the island, Zante Town, a 15 minutes’ drive away, is particularly worth seeing.
