Surrounded by a low wall, the pool area is accessed via 1 step. The large swimming pool is set into decking dotted with sunbeds. One side of the pool has a Perspex surround, allowing glimpses of the sea and a pretty decorative white stone area.
Access the villa via a gated driveway that leads up to the property. There is plenty of parking space for your hire cars in front of the villa. 5 marble steps lead up from the paved driveway to a covered entrance. 2 further steps up lead to the front door.
On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious open plan living and dining area with striking monochrome decor, marble floors and a feature fireplace. Comfortable leather sofas sit in a sunken area, 2 steps down. Adjacent is a black gloss piano beside a glass dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. There is also a bar area where you can practice your mixing skills. Large picture windows and patio doors which spread across 3 sides of the space showcase the magnificent views. The patio doors lead out onto a covered wraparound terrace with spectacular views over the Ionian sea. There is also an alfresco dining table and chairs here.
The first floor has an additional living area. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside from the stylish semi-circular sofa. Sliding doors lead out to covered balcony.
The grand kitchen has wooden cabinets and is fully equipped for your holiday needs. There is a central island which adds extra work surface and a smaller dining area at one end. An external door leads out to the covered terrace and around to the BBQ area.
The villa has 5 well presented bedrooms split between the first and second floor. On the first floor you’ll find an impressive double bedroom complete with a sleek en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. 2 steps up lead to the bed and seating area. There is also a door leading to a covered balcony with countryside views. There are 2 further bedrooms on this floor. The first is a twin bedroom with a large covered semi-circular balcony and pool views. The second is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a small covered balcony. There is also a WC on this floor.
On the second floor are 2 further twin bedrooms with exposed wooden beams across the ceilings. These rooms can make use of the separate bathroom on this floor. In addition, there is a WC on the ground floor.
Please note that all beds are king size with 2 mattresses. Therefore, twin beds cannot be separated.
4 steps from the second floor lead to a large roof terrace, comfortably furnished with a coffee table and seating. Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views from this idyllic sun trap.
A few steps from the ground floor lead to the basement, where the visitor will find an entertainment hall with gas hockey, table football, darts and a private home theater – with a 100-inch screen and 6 cinemas.
In the same area there is fitness equipment for those who want a vacation but do not want to lose their condition. there is an elliptical trainer, a treadmill, a fitness bike and an ab machine.
There is also a bathroom with a sauna and a full shower.
